I cannot believe my last post was in June! I have so many thoughts & blog ideas constantly going through my head, but when it is time for me to sit down and write, I find myself too exhausted. I feel like I have to get better with my time management.
I think part of the reason I’ve been so exhausted is because “S” hasn’t been sleeping well. I’m pretty sure she’s going through a mental leap (If you haven’t heard of the book and/or app, called “The Wonder Weeks” and you have little ones, I highly recommend it). Based on your child’s birthday, it tells you approximately when they are going through a major mental development. It is nice getting the “heads up” as to when you should see sleep regressions and increasing frustration levels.
She is learning SO MUCH so fast. It’s amazing to me. I know I say this a lot, but I feel so lucky to be able to be at home with her. We’ve been busy doing all kinds of activities this summer. I love every minute of it.
I’ve been making SO MANY new products using my Young Living Essential Oils. I have a ton of recipes to share with you guys, so be on the lookout for those.
My workouts have been very consistent over the past few weeks. I’ve been doing a mix of strength training, HIIT, cardio, and running. My favorite workouts are definitely my strength training workouts. I usually create my own workouts, but when I get bored, I rotate through some of my favorites (T25, 21 Day Fix, & Turbo Fire). I recently discovered Fitness Blender! I love, love, love their workouts!
This husband and wife duo created effective workouts for FREE! You can go in and search what type of workout you’d like to do, how long, and what body groups you’d like to focus on. It’s amazing!
